Job Opening Experienced HR Manager In An Indigenous logistics Company

A Successful,Indigenous logistics Company with core competence in Supply Chain Management,Air Cargo Services and Custom Clearing and handling is seeking to recruit an experienced HR Manager who will function as the Head of its HR unit.

The Candidate who fills this role will play a key role to restructure and strategically position the HR unit in line with the Organisation's larger purposes.

Key responsibilities will be to formulate and recommend human resource policies and programmes in line with the Company's mission, vision, strategic objectives as well as operations , in the different areas related to Human Resources, including capacity building,career development,performance management, compensation and benefits management and employee health and well being.

Requirements :
•A good degree in Business Administration,Social Sciences or Humanities
•Membership of relevant professional body i.e CIPM,CIPD
•A minimum of 8 years experience in HR management with 3 of those years in a senior or middle management position preferably in the transportation,logistics,manufacturing or related industry.
•MSc in Human Resources or MBA will be an added advantage.
