* Making Purchase Order from Purchase Requisitions with completeness and accuracy, following procurement policy.
* Proper Documentation of all Purchase Order
* Negotiate with Vendor; Follow up on Material supply till it comes to store as well as Monitor store inventory;
* Identifying New Supplier and updating vendor data sheet with detail , Better Knowledge of local Market ( Industrial sector buying )
* Good Communication skill and ability work under pressure with result oriented, ability support Team.
*Able to handle and work with different stake holder (Buying for Factory. PM for local item / Maintenance requirement / )
* IT Skill : Knowledge of Microsoft office
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB

Minimum of 1st degree
Minimum of two years relevant working experience
