The Product Lead, Learning will be responsible chiefly for ;
- coordinating, launching and managing the growth of the Ngcareers Online Professional Learning Platform
Key Duties
Content Development
- Identify and sign up expert course authors to develop and record video courses for the Learning platform
- Oversee the recording, editing and upload of the courses on the platform
Project Management
- Work with the software development team to ensure launch of a user friendly online learning platform within the projected timeline
- Oversee platform testing to ensure great user experience
- Identify continous product improvement areas
User Acquisition/Revenue
Develop framework for successful user acquisition and excellent customer support for the Online Learning platform
Requirement
First degree in any relevant field
Candidate must be smart, very knowledgeable about the career and online learning industry
Not more than 28 years old
1-2 years experience in learning and development
Solid understanding of developing workflows
Very good understanding and interest in online learning
Good business development and people skills
Project management skills
