Job Opening For human Resources Generalist

Our Client is looking for a human Resources Generalist with 2 -5 years relevant and combined experience. Our Clients core competency is in Marine/Shipping. Additional activities are procurement, fabrication and welding.

EDUCATION:

First Degree in relevant Discipline.

ADDED ADVANTAGE QUALIFICATION:

Any of the listed certification and qualification will be an added advantage MBA, CIPMN, SHRM-SP, SHRM-SCP, PHRi, SPHRi.

COGNATE EXPERIENCE:

Generalist Human Recourses role especially in Engineering Sector

ABILITIES:

Smart, Courageous, Conscientious and Passionate. Willing to learn and upgrade new skills, ability to self-direct, Independent thinking and creative.

Open to initial long hours of work especially for the first six months

SOFTWARE SKILLS:

Excellent in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet and research skills
