Rivers Angels of Port Harcourt in Rivers State are crowned Nigeria Women Professional League 2015/2016 Champions after beating Nasarawa Amazons 5-3 on penalty shootouts.
Rivers Angels becomes the first team since 2002 to win three consecutive Nigeria Women Professional League titles.
They were also given the sum of 350,000 Naira as the winners prize money (ridiculous though)
