Job Opening for Admin. manager

A cleaning company located at Yaba is in urgent need of an Administrative manager
Duties would include:

1. To provide administration support to all staff.
2. To be responsible for organising internal and external client meetings.
3. To supervise administrative support to the drivers.
4. To review progress and deputise for facilities manager and represent the unit in line with policies and procedures.
5. To develop and maintain effective office systems and schedules, including filling, the retrieval of correspondence and documentation.

Qualification:
BSC in a related field with at least 3years experience.
Member of a management institute will be an added advantage.
