See Photos Of 140 Nigerian Returnees From Libya As They Arrive Lagos Airport


No fewer than 140 Nigerians, who were stranded in Libya, arrived Nigeria aboard a Libyan Airlines yesterday, December 20, 2016.

The returnees arrived in the country around 4.45pm through the Muritala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos, according to officials of the National Emergency Management Agency.

It was gathered that the voluntary returnees are 140 altogether: 126 adults, 14 children.

They were received by officials of NEMA, who assisted them with food and transport fares.

One of the returnees sat dazed in the ambulance in which she was being treated. While another fell flat on the airport tarmac praying to God for her safety return to Nigeria.
