The world has been anticipating the outcome of this meeting, but to the surprise of all, Trump has
announced that he would be seeking the counsel of incumbent president for a smooth transition of power.
Trump, who said he had never met Obama, called him a good man and said the two had discussed both “wonderful” things and the “difficult” challenges the country was facing.

“My number one priority in the coming two months is to try to facilitate a transition that ensures our president-elect is successful,’’
