Sokoto state Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal was joined by the Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Raji Fashola, to flag off distribution of free pre-paid meter in Sokoto.
The Minister also inspected ongoing works at the site of the Sokoto Independent Power Project (IPP).
